REFUND POLICY

To confirm your dates and to hold your place we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once you pay this deposit, you are automatically bound to our refund policy below.

Client Customer Refund Policy

We follow a non-refund policy however, a portion of the monies received may be applied to a later retreat date or to a different offer we provide.

a. If you need to change a booked date 90 days in advance, 100% of any payment received may be applied to another retreat/different offer.

b. If the cancellation is within 60 – 89 days before the retreat/ceremony date, 75% of the payment shall be applied to another retreat/different offer. 25% paid shall be forfeited.

c. If the cancellation is within 26 – 59 days before the retreat start date, 40% of the payment received shall be applied to another retreat/different offer. 60% paid shall be forfeited.

d. If the cancellation is within 25 days of the retreat, then 100% of the monies paid are forfeited. In case you have not paid in full yet, we reserve the right to invoice you the rest of the amount.
